Return Policy

You may return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it for a replacement, store credit, or a refund, with any shipping costs we have incurred deducted. For international returns, any customs duties or taxes paid will also be subtracted.

All returned items must be in unused condition. If there are signs of wear or missing tags, the item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that the courier has confirmed as delivered.

Please double check that your delivery address is accurate and secure. We are not liable for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is marked undeliverable for this reason and is returned to us, it may be resent once received, subject to an additional shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional Notes

• Products made from Organic Cotton are very delicate. Any defects, marks, or wear found on the product upon return may result in a partial refund, with the cost of the defect deducted from the original amount you paid.
